Conveniently located near Tokyo Station, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with a spacious room and top-notch amenities. While the breakfast options could be confusing for non-Japanese speakers, the atmosphere is welcoming. The reception on the 15th floor feels unique, but interaction was minimal with staff, which surprised me.

Perfect location for exploring
This place is right across from Tokyo Station, making it super easy to get around! The room was well designed and cozy. I loved having a nespresso machine and a fridge to store snacks. The bathroom was very modern and clean – I even wanted to buy a similar toilet later! Just a bummer that the lobby is a bit small.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
Enjoyed a cozy two-night stay. The shower pressure impressed me, and I loved the aromatic toiletries. Quick 5-minute walk to Tokyo Station made exploring easy! A tip, ask for a room not against the wall for better accessibility at night.

The location is excellent, just minutes from the train station, which makes it easy for travel. The amenities in the room were generous, particularly the hair treatments and skin care products provided. However, the dryer in the laundry facility didn't work effectively, necessitating drying clothes in the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast options were limited, missing an egg station unless requested, and the process for getting assistance with luggage was quite cumbersome.
